Who we are
Streamline One Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website, our Order-to-Release Bottleneck Scorecard and Streamline One lead forms on platforms such as Meta. We are registered in Scotland under company number SC797105, with a registered office at 222 Lanark Road West, Currie, Scotland, EH14 5NW.
Contact us at [email protected].
Information we collect
- Your name, work email, business telephone number, company, role and team size.
- Your scorecard answers, systems, workflow problems and the result generated from them.
- Campaign, advert, form and referral identifiers, including UTM values and a Meta click ID where supplied.
- The wording, version, time and channel of the contact permission shown when you submitted.
- Our subsequent communications, CRM notes, opportunity stage and follow-up activity.
- Basic technical information needed for security and form-abuse prevention, such as browser information.
Where the information comes from
Most information comes directly from you when you use this website, submit a scorecard, complete a Meta Instant Form, email us or speak with us. Meta supplies lead-form answers and campaign identifiers to us only after you submit the form shown on its platform.
How and why we use it
- To calculate, display and email the scorecard you requested.
- To contact you by live telephone and email about your result and relevant Streamline One services.
- To create and maintain a Streamline One CRM account, contact, sales opportunity and follow-up task.
- To understand which campaigns produce useful business enquiries and improve the service.
- To prevent abuse, secure our systems, keep records and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the activity, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a potential contract, our legitimate interests in responding to relevant business enquiries and operating a secure service, consent where we specifically ask for it, or compliance with a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time.
A telephone number submitted for a results call is not treated as permission for automated calls, SMS or WhatsApp marketing. We do not use automated calls or texts for this funnel.
Scorecard and automated processing
The scorecard applies fixed points to your selected answers to produce an indicative operational result and priorities. It helps us order follow-up work; it does not make a legal, regulatory, credit or similarly significant decision about you, and a person reviews the enquiry before any commercial recommendation.
Who receives it
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, CRM operation, security and analytics. A lead submitted through Meta is also processed by Meta under its own terms before it reaches us. We may share limited campaign and outcome identifiers with an advertising platform when conversion measurement is enabled and permitted. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where required.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We ask before loading optional analytics or advertising cookies. If you allow them, the Streamline One Meta Pixel records page views and a Lead event after a successful scorecard submission so we can measure and improve relevant campaigns. Declining optional cookies does not stop you using the scorecard or receiving your result.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism as required.
How long we keep it
We normally keep an unconverted scorecard or sales enquiry for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Customer, contract, accounting and dispute records may be kept longer where the law or a legitimate business need requires it. If you opt out, we may retain the minimum details needed to honour that choice.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and receive portable data. Contact us using the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Deleting lead or Meta information
To ask us to delete information collected through a Streamline One form or Meta Lead Ad, email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, the email or telephone number used in the form, and enough detail for us to locate the record. We will verify and handle the request under the rights and retention rules above.
