AI Operations Review
5× Clarity Guarantee
Terms effective from 18 July 2026
1. What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to a customer’s first paid Streamline One AI Operations Review and to the single operational workflow agreed in its written scope. “Five times” means a documented, plausible annual opportunity of at least £12,500 in combined released capacity, avoided cost, protected revenue, reduced delay or reduced operational exposure.
2. What we will deliver
The review will normally include:
- A map of the agreed current workflow and its material hand-offs.
- A baseline using the representative information reasonably available.
- Documented bottlenecks, risks and safe AI or automation opportunities.
- A proposed target workflow and bounded implementation scope.
- A value case showing assumptions rather than presenting guesses as measured facts.
3. What we need from the customer
To use the guarantee, the customer must:
- Provide reasonably representative examples and requested access or information on time.
- Make the process owner available for the agreed working sessions.
- Disclose known constraints that materially affect the workflow or value case.
- Attend the final review meeting with someone authorised to assess the result.
If missing information prevents a responsible value case, we will first agree a reasonable remedy or revised review date; we will not use a minor omission to avoid an otherwise valid claim.
4. How to claim
Tell the Streamline One representative clearly before the final review meeting ends that you are invoking the 5× Clarity Guarantee. We will record the claim in writing. A valid refund covers the AI Operations Review fee paid and the corresponding VAT, if charged. It will be returned using the original payment method where practical within ten working days.
5. Limits
- The guarantee applies once per customer or connected group in any 24-month period.
- It does not cover separately agreed travel, third-party licences or work outside the review scope.
- It is a guarantee of review clarity, not a guarantee that the customer will implement the proposal or achieve a particular financial or regulatory result.
- Streamline One does not guarantee regulatory compliance or replace the customer’s professional and quality responsibilities.
6. Fair use and legal rights
We may refuse a fraudulent or deliberately duplicated claim, but not merely because we disagree with a genuine customer assessment made at the final meeting. These terms do not limit statutory rights or any remedy available where we fail to provide the contracted service with reasonable care and skill.
7. Contract and law
The written review proposal and these guarantee terms form part of the commercial agreement. If they conflict, the more customer-favourable express guarantee wording in the signed proposal will apply. Scottish law governs these terms and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the customer.
